Prestige Raintree Park Master Plan's first phase has 18 towers with 1520 flats spread out over 21 acres.In general, towers are multi-story buildings with 19 to 21 floors.As part of Phase 1 of the project, there are 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK, 4, 4.5, and 5 BHK flats with floor plans that range in size from 2005 to 3700 square feet. Phase 2 will be built on 27 acres of newly acquired land.The project also includes a tech park and a great mall, which together cover 25 acres of business space.
